Swiss Cheese Steak spring rolls:
Spring Roll skins
Steak- either sliced extremely thin or frozen steak patties like steak-ums. Costco has reallygood ones.
Swiss cheese.
Pre-heat oven to 450. Lightly cook the steak in frying pan, drain exess fat. Set aside. I generously greased a cookie sheet with avacado oil ( you will be using this cookie sheet to roll the spring roll on, as well as bake them)
You will need to dip the spring roll skins in warm hot water quickly it should soften in a bout 10 seconds. I used 2 together because my were much fatter than a spring roll. Place skins on oiled sheet and fill with steak (leaving room on sides ) top with swiss cheese & roll like a burrito.
Place in oven for 5 minutes. Take out and put a slice of cheese on top of spring roll and place bake in oven. (this makes it nice and crunchy—my inspiration for this is Bagels & Beyonds swiss cheese bagels) Bake to brown & crispy.
