This is a bulk recipe. I brown all meatballs and freeze for future dinners. I also use this recipe for my grilled Asiago stuffed meatloaf. (recipe to follow)
5lbs of 85% Ground beef
2lbs for ground sausage
5 eggs
2 cups of shredded mozzarella
11/2 cups of grated Parmesan cheese
1 bunch of parsley chopped
1 head of garlic minced
1 tsp of sea salt
Preheat overn to 375. mix together all of the above ingredients then roll into meatballs. Put meatballs in oven on baking sheet to brown ( flip them once to get both sides evenly) You do not want them fully cooked , you will finish them later in Tomato sauce. Toss desired amount of meatballs into your Tomato sauce and let simmer for several hours. Let remainder cool then in a single layer put in gallon freezer bag and freeze.
