Faux Mashed (Mashed Cauliflower)

This recipe was inspired by Lois Dornan

1 head of cauliflower cut in small (about bite size) florets

1/4 c Heavy Cream

2 TBS Butter

Salt & Pepper to taste

Steam cauliflower until tender (about 40 mins). Place in food processor with cream, butter and salt and pepper.  Blend until completely smooth.
